Sheerwater is a residential neighbourhood in the north-east of Woking, between the town centre and West Byfleet. Originally built as a post-war housing estate, the area has been the focus of a major regeneration programme delivering new homes, a community hub, and improved green spaces and sports facilities.
Sheerwater has good access to the Basingstoke Canal and to open space, and is close to the WWF Living Planet Centre and the town's railway station.
